The process includes RFA II (Request For Applications) publishing, two periods of Questions & Answers, and application acceptance. As the Board stated, it will do its best to answer all the questions. But after the second period of Q&A ends, every attempt to interact with the Board may end up with an applicant’s disqualification. The Board will start accepting applications on November 4, 2021, at 8 a.m. After the application timeframe ends, the Board will not accept any documents. The drawing process will not be conducted if the number of applications in a district is not more than the number assigned to this district. If vice versa – the number of applicants is greater than the number of licenses, then a drawing process will take place. Then the Board will use it until all licenses are awarded.
